Salutations! If you are here at this early stage of the game, you are probably a friend or family member coming to support me on this new and exciting endeavor, and I am so glad you have come! 

Heathery Goodness is a company I started at a point in my life when I was making some very tough career decisions. It was time for me to choose between family and location or career and money. Family life being most important, I traded a comfortable living for a new life in a new place, and though I miss the wonderful people I met along the way, I am determined to keep looking ahead to the amazing things life has in store for me.

I created Heathery Goodness shortly after Christmas, 2010, when I decided to make my kids' teachers printed digital scrapbook pages (complete with display easels) using their own photos. I Facebook-stalked them and picked out a couple of great photos. Then I set to work making them into personalized digital creations. I sent away to have them printed on photo paper in the 12"x12" size and VOILA! The gifts turned out so beautifully that I made some more for a few of my teacher friends and a concept (new to me, at least) was born. 

I LOVE to scrapbook, but not everybody does, and some people do not have the time or patience to pore over every detail on a page layout like I do. Knowing this, I decided to offer my scrapbooking expertise as a service to other people who may want to give the gift of a beautiful scrapbook to someone without having to spend hours creating it, and thus, Heathery Goodness was born. So whether you are looking for a small dose, or a heaping helping of Heathery Goodness, you have come to the right place. I hope you find everything you are looking for!

Why the name?

I have a good friend who always called me Heathery and one day he mentioned something about his "Dose of Heathery Goodness." I always thought that was a very sweet phrase and it was the first thing that came to mind when I was thinking of a business name that really fit what this is all about. I want to lend you my creativity and attention to detail so that you can pass it along to the people you love.

What is this all about anyway?

Heathery Goodness is an endeavor that will create for you the perfect gift. The basic idea is this: I work with you to select photos that you submit to me and I arrange/embellish them digitally using my own digital scrapbooking creations. Digital scrapbooks can be emailed for you to print, or I can take care of getting them printed for you (I've worked with a great company in Utah called Scrapping Simply [scrappingsimply.com] and their pages print beautifully) and VOILA! a gift is born! Your heaping helping of Heathery Goodness is ready to pass along to the person you love, or to display proudly in your own home or album.
